Our Story
We are Alison & Chris and following a lifestyle change we bought Springfield in June 2014 we have worked hard to renovate the farmhouse and tame the land, but our first project was to strip back the cottage to its very fabric and refit it for others to enjoy the peace, tranquility and beauty of the area.
We fitted a full kitchen, dishwasher, oven and hob, new bathroom, wood burner, oak doors and kitted it out with all new furniture and equipment to offer a luxurious and comfortable holiday home for our guests.
For us, it's the attention to detail that matters, so we redecorate twice a year, provide quality bedding, soft furnishings and try to equip the cottage with everything to make our guests stay as relaxing as possible.
To ensure that our guests can enjoy the outside space and tranquility we also work hard to maintain the gardens to offer a relaxing place to unwind.
